Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Food and consumable products cannot be returned once opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at +92 302 1163746 with:

  • Your order number

  • Pictures of the product received

  • A brief reason for the return

Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.


Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

  • If your product was purchased through Cash on Delivery (COD), you’ll be asked to share your bank account details for refund transfer.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food items

  • Discounted or sale products

  • Items reported after the 3-day return window


Exchange Option

In eligible cases, you can request a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability
